Prices are the ones each agency states on its own site, read on 4 October 2026. Where a cell says "Not listed", the agency's /pricing address returned a 404 page on 4 October 2026 (exaltgrowth.com, skale.so, growandconvert.com, graphite.io and animalz.co) and we found no figure on the service pages we read, so ask for a quote.
If you sell into one vertical as well, see LoudFace's lists of B2B SaaS organic growth agencies and AEO and GEO agencies for B2B SaaS.
Quick picks: which agency fits your PLG motion
- If you want SEO, AI visibility and the signup pages from one team, pick LoudFace. LoudFace runs a Growth track for search and AI visibility and a Build track for conversion and landing pages, in parallel on its Dual and Scale tiers, and reports visibility per engine.
- If you want an agency that works only with product-led companies, pick Exalt Growth. Its PLG page says it is "Built exclusively for SaaS companies running product-led growth motions."
- If your blog has to prove itself in signups and revenue, pick Omniscient Digital. Its Jasper case study ties the blog to product signups and over $4M in ARR.
- If you measure SEO in PQLs and MRR, pick Skale. Its SaaS SEO page promises "month-on-month PQL/SQL growth".
- If you want a few articles that convert rather than many that rank, pick Grow and Convert. It reports bottom-of-funnel content converting at 5-7%.
- If you want a published price and no long contract, pick Optimist. Its retainers are month-to-month from $3,000 a month.
- If your product can generate thousands of template or use-case pages, pick Graphite. Its Webflow work turned template pages into LLM sign-ups.
What makes an SEO agency good for product-led growth
Product-led growth, in ProductLed's definition, "is a business strategy that relies on using your product as the main vehicle to acquire, activate, and retain customers." ProductLed adds that product-led companies let customers try the product for free, "either through a freemium product or some kind of free trial." That changes what an SEO agency has to deliver. The conversion you care about is a signup or a trial, and the person searching often wants to use something before reading about it.
Product-led SEO is the name for the search work that follows from that. SearchPilot says the term was popularized by Eli Schwartz, author of the book Product-Led SEO, and describes it this way: "Product-led SEO tends to build out pages and entire scalable site sections based on core product functionality and features." Its example is Zapier, whose app integrations section is product-led while its blog is "a more classical content-led editorial strategy." The best PLG programs run both.
So judge every agency on four things.
- Does it report signups, trials or PQLs as well as traffic? Skale, Grow and Convert and Omniscient Digital all publish signup or trial numbers for named clients. Exalt Growth publishes traffic, MRR and conversion gains for Dovetail.
- Can it build pages from the product? Free tools, templates, calculators and integration pages. Exalt Growth calls its version "Product Sidecars", Optimist's Glide rule was "Templates first, keywords second, blog content third.", and SEO Savages builds free tests and generators.
- Does it work on the page after the click? A visitor who lands on a template page and never reaches signup does nothing for revenue.
- Does it get you named in AI answers, engine by engine? In G2's 2026 survey of more than 1,000 B2B software buyers, 82% had sourced software recommendations from an AI chatbot in the last 24 months, and half of those said AI had its greatest impact when narrowing and comparing options. G2 surveyed buyers of all software rather than PLG products alone, but a self-serve buyer who shortlists in ChatGPT may never reach your pricing page if ChatGPT names three rivals instead.
How we picked the agencies
We started from Google results for "best seo agency for product-led growth saas" and related searches on 4 October 2026, and from the agencies AI engines name when a buyer asks for the best organic growth agency for product-led growth SaaS. For each agency we read its own site on 4 October 2026 and recorded its SEO and AI search offer, the self-serve or product-led clients it names, and its published price. A client counts as self-serve here only when the agency says so or the client's own homepage offers a free plan, a free trial or a free signup. Every agency on this list sells AI search work under the name AEO, GEO or AI SEO, and says so on its own site.
The 10 best SEO and AEO agencies for product-led growth SaaS in 2026
1. LoudFace: best for SEO, AI visibility and signup pages run by one team
In its own words: "LoudFace is a full-stack organic growth agency for B2B SaaS and fintech, with AI visibility measured per engine." On the pricing page, every engagement runs on one or both of two tracks. Growth covers "SEO, AEO (AI search optimization), content systems, and distribution experiments." Build covers "Conversion optimization, landing pages, UX/UI, and implementation across your stack." The Dual and Scale tiers run both in parallel, which is the combination a PLG team needs: search that brings the visitor, and a page that turns the visit into a signup. LoudFace's SEO for SaaS page describes it as one team running the website, search, AI visibility and conversion as a single system.
Self-serve proof: after LoudFace rebuilt Zeiierman's site and ran a 10-month SEO program (October 2023 to August 2024), organic clicks rose 43% and website sign-ups doubled, by Zeiierman's own sign-up dashboard. Zeiierman sells TradingView indicators to traders and offers a free account on its homepage, so it is a self-serve product rather than B2B SaaS. For an anonymous health-tech data platform, clicks from Google into the page where people start its free product grew 15× in a single month, from February to March. LoudFace has also built the websites of self-serve software products such as Eraser, which runs a free-forever plan, and Speckle, which offers a free tier.
AI search proof, per engine: across the 141 non-branded buyer prompts LoudFace tracks for its own category, from 18 to 28 September 2026, ChatGPT named LoudFace in 38.8% of its answers, Google AI Overviews in 14.3% and Perplexity in 11.2% (Peec AI, from LoudFace's own case study). For Toku, a stablecoin payroll company, LoudFace took AI visibility to 97.8% on the category's top prompt in a 30-day reading ending 19 August 2026, over an 18-month engagement.
LoudFace engagements start from $5k/mo, scoped on the intro call. Kickoff happens within 48 hours of signature, with the first fixes and calibration articles shipping in the same week.
Best for: PLG SaaS teams that want search, AI visibility and the landing and signup pages under one retainer, with ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews reported one at a time every week.
Not the best fit if: your team already owns the website and the signup flow in-house and you only want an outside content writer.
2. Exalt Growth: best for free tools built from your product
Exalt Growth is the most PLG-specific agency on this list. Its page reads: "We engineer organic growth that feeds trials, activation, and expansion revenue. Not vanity traffic. Built exclusively for SaaS companies running product-led growth motions." Its ideal client runs a "Self-serve signup, freemium, or free trial model", and it builds "search-visible experiences that let prospects use a slice of your product before they ever sign up".
The proof is specific. Exalt Growth writes: "878% organic growth for Dovetail. 670% for Cascade. Both Series A funded. Both product-led." For Dovetail it reports a 3x increase in monthly recurring revenue and a 23% conversion increase, and its method there was "Product Sidecars; free, standalone tools that extract a specific function from Dovetail's core product". Cascade hired Exalt Growth to "shift to a product-led growth acquisition model", so read that one as a move toward PLG. Exalt Growth says "Generative Engine Optimization is built into every engagement, not bolted on." and covers ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode.
Best for: Seed to Series B PLG SaaS that can ship free tools from their own product.
Not the best fit if: you sell enterprise contracts through a sales team and have no self-serve entry.
3. Omniscient Digital: best for blog content tied to signups and ARR
Omniscient Digital calls itself "an organic growth agency that helps marketing leaders at ambitious B2B brands turn SEO, AI visibility, and content into growth channels." Its strongest PLG story is Jasper, which offers a free trial: "product signups directly attributed to the blog grew 400X" and "the content program has driven over $4M in annual recurring revenue". The lift came partly from bottom-of-funnel, product-led content, with "the blog-to-registration conversion rate increased from about 1% to as high as 8%". That case covers 2021 and 2022.
On AI search, Omniscient Digital has a GEO service with "Ongoing monitoring of LLM mentions and visibility", and reports that "In just 60 days, Convert's LLM visibility grew 81% and their AI citations saw a 140% increase." Full-service engagements start at $10,000 a month.
Best for: funded free-trial SaaS that want content judged on product signups and revenue.
Not the best fit if: your budget sits well below $10,000 a month.
4. Skale: best for SEO judged on signups and MRR
Skale describes itself as "an AI search–first organic growth agency" and says: "We run GEO and SEO as one system and report on new MRR, not rankings." Its SaaS SEO page promises "month-on-month PQL/SQL growth" and work on "your visit-> signup conversion rate", with "a team of 4 professionals working every day".
For Slite, which offers a free signup on its homepage, Skale reports: "we increased their monthly product signups by 120% and their clicks by 190%, from non-branded organic search, in just 3 months." Its GEO page adds that Skale "helped Happy Scribe grow from 2,700 to 70,000 monthly signups".
Best for: self-serve SaaS that want SEO reported in signups, PQLs and MRR.
Not the best fit if: you judge SEO on rankings and traffic rather than signups.
5. Grow and Convert: best for bottom-of-funnel articles that convert to trials
Grow and Convert sells "SEO That Drives SaaS Trials, Demos, and Signups, Not Just Traffic", built on its Pain Point SEO framework. It reports that its clients' "bottom-of-funnel content converts at 5-7% compared to 1-2% for typical top-of-funnel articles", and it writes from "60-90 minute recorded interviews with your product managers, sales teams, and customer success experts".
Its self-serve example is Geekbot, which it calls "a self-service B2B SaaS": over about two years (roughly 2020 to 2022), its blog posts generated 1,745 trials and 232,493 organic visits. For AI search it runs an AI SEO service aimed at being mentioned by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and a "Prioritized GEO framework around ranking for bottom of funnel keywords that drive AI visibility."
Best for: self-serve SaaS that want fewer, deeper articles aimed at buyers ready to try the product.
Not the best fit if: your growth plan depends on thousands of template or integration pages.
6. Optimist: best for month-to-month terms and a published price
Optimist "helps B2B SaaS and software companies make sense of the shifting SEO & AI landscape" and lists "AEO, GEO, & AI Visibility" as a service. It works with both motions: "Whether you're running a product-led inbound marketing model or a sales-led ABM strategy".
Two PLG results stand out on its B2B SaaS case-study page. For Glide, a no-code app builder, Optimist reports 14x weekly leads and product signups over about 12 months, built on the rule "Templates first, keywords second, blog content third." For Kubera, which Optimist calls "a niche PLG motion", it reports 43x product signups over 15 months.
Optimist publishes its prices: advisory starts at $3,000 a month, full service at $4,000 a month, and its own article says "Retainers are month-to-month". A one-time Roadmap engagement is $7,500.
Best for: PLG teams that want to see the price and keep the option to stop month to month.
Not the best fit if: you sell only through an enterprise sales team with no self-serve entry.
7. Graphite: best for template and programmatic pages at scale
Graphite says its research team "identifies the 5% of strategies that drive impact in AEO, SEO & performance marketing" and names Webflow, n8n and Hinge Health as clients. Its SEO work builds "template pages, tool pages, comparison pages, and more", plus programmatic page programs.
Its Webflow case study is the clearest AI search result for a freemium product on this list. A sign-up there means a free Webflow account. Graphite reports "2x the amount of sign-ups coming from LLMs (increase from 4% to 8%)", and that AEO work on template pages "increased LLM signups by 485% QoQ", from 168 signups in one quarter to 983 in the next. The wider partnership, since 2022, reached "3M nonbrand clicks and a 2.5x ROI in 2024."
Best for: large freemium products with enough templates, integrations or use cases to fill a programmatic section.
Not the best fit if: you want a short commitment. Graphite's SEO page answers "Twelve months minimum."
8. TripleDart: best for SEO, AI search and paid under one agency
TripleDart calls itself "an AI-native B2B SaaS marketing agency" and lists "Product-led content that ranks and gets cited." and product-led SEO among its services. Its organic growth plan states: "Pricing starts at $5,000 per month for one engine spanning SEO, AI search, content, and authority.", billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
For Signeasy, which offers a free trial, TripleDart reports growing LLM sessions from 20 to 800 a month and generating 98 qualified leads in 6 months. For Meegle, which offers a free signup, it reports "growing blog traffic by 1429%, improving AI citations (Google Overviews and ChatGPT) by 134%".
Best for: free-trial SaaS that want organic, AI search and paid channels from one agency.
Not the best fit if: you want a specialist that does only product-led SEO.
9. Animalz: best for long-form thought leadership
Animalz is "A Content Marketing and SEO Agency for Leading B2B SaaS Brands" and runs "a conversion-focused, AI-enabled, thoroughly measured SEO / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) program." Its best-known PLG relationship was with Amplitude, which offers free plans: organic traffic to amplitude.com grew from about 7,000 monthly visits in 2015 to over 150,000 by the end of 2024, including a post on product-led growth that Animalz worked on with Elena Verna, then Amplitude's VP of Growth. Animalz served as Amplitude's content partner from 2015 to 2025.
Best for: PLG teams that need an editorial voice and expert-led content more than programmatic pages.
Not the best fit if: you want a high volume of programmatic pages more than in-depth articles.
10. SEO Savages: best for free tools and generators on a small retainer
SEO Savages offers "Founder-led, fractional Programmatic & AI SEO for startups." Its product-led SEO page defines the idea well: "Product-led SEO is organic growth where the page that ranks is part of the product: a free tool, calculator, template, generator or data page that answers the search and lets the visitor get value before they sign up." It adds that "The full loop works best with self-serve entry".
Its headline product-led proof comes from products the founders built themselves; its product-led SEO page says "We did it on three products of our own." For Gyfted, Google clicks went "from 230 a month in January 2022 to 126,824 in January 2024". Pricing is published: $3,500 a month with a 3-month minimum, or $6,000 a month with a 4-month minimum, and it takes "One client per sector per market, max 6".
Best for: early-stage self-serve products that want free tools and generators built by the founders.
Not the best fit if: you want a large agency team. SEO Savages takes at most six clients.
Which agencies AI engines name for PLG SaaS today
LoudFace tracks the prompt "Best organic growth agency for product-led growth SaaS" in Peec AI. From 4 September to 4 October 2026, the engines disagreed.
- Google AI Overviews named Omniscient Digital in 96.8% of answers, Exalt Growth in 61.3%, and Skale and Grow and Convert in 51.6% each.
- ChatGPT named Exalt Growth most, in 77.4% of answers, then Omniscient Digital at 51.6% and Grow and Convert at 41.9%.
- Perplexity named Omniscient Digital in 64.5% of answers and Skale in 41.9%.
Google AI Overviews and Perplexity put Omniscient Digital first. ChatGPT put Exalt Growth first. If an agency shows you one blended AI visibility number, ask for the split.
How to choose a PLG SaaS SEO and AEO agency
Put the same questions to every finalist.
- Which self-serve clients can you name, and what did signups do? A strong answer gives the client, the metric (signups, trials, PQLs) and the time window.
- Which pages would you build from our product? Free tools, templates, integrations, comparisons. If the plan is only blog posts, ask why.
- Who owns the page after the click? If the agency stops at traffic, decide now who fixes the landing page and the signup flow.
- Which AI engines do you report on, one at a time? Ask for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews as separate lines.
- What ships in the first week? Get it in writing, with names and dates.
- What is the minimum term? On this list it runs from month-to-month at Optimist and TripleDart to twelve months at Graphite.

What to do next
Shortlist two or three agencies whose proof sits closest to your product: a free tool, a template library, a free trial or a freemium plan. Send each the same brief and the same six questions. Then ask each to show you, live, an AI answer that names one of its self-serve clients, with the engine and the date.
If you want search, AI visibility and the signup pages run as one program, with visibility reported per engine, start with how LoudFace runs GEO and AEO, LoudFace's SEO for SaaS page and the pricing page.
