Each agency here cleared three bars. Its own site has a dedicated AI search, GEO or AEO service page. Its own site publishes client results with figures. And AI engines named it in at least 5 of the 43 answers that also named daydream in LoudFace's Peec tracking of AI-search-agency prompts, 16 September to 15 October 2026.
What daydream is, in its own words
daydream is the SEO and AI search agency at withdaydream.com, run by daydream Labs, Inc. of San Francisco. It is a different company from daydream.ing, the fashion shopping app, and from Google's Daydream VR headset. The homepage pitch: "daydream delivers an unfair advantage in organic search and AI visibility, combining a proven methodology with AI agents and dedicated experts."
The daydream Method is a full-service program built on seven levers, including programmatic SEO and authority building. Lever 06 is 'AI visibility and generative search', and the page describes it this way: "Content is structured for LLM retrieval with lexical clarity, structured data, and contextual relevance." Execution runs through one person. "Your Growth Lead owns execution, coordinates with your engineering and content teams, and manages the balance between velocity and strategic rigor." daydream's April 2026 funding release describes that role as "a dedicated Growth Lead assigned to every customer, an SEO expert responsible for strategy, quality, and outcomes."
daydream was founded by Thenuka Karunaratne (CEO) and Shravan Rajinikanth (CTO). The same release announced "a $15 million Series A funding round led by WndrCo, along with First Round Capital and Basis Set Ventures," taking total funding to $21 million. The company page names its audience: "We believe growth-stage companies shouldn't have to choose between doing SEO right and doing it at the pace the business demands."
The case studies carry dates. Lighthouse reached 1.5 million search impressions in the first four months after its October 2025 launch. OpenArt reached 1M monthly visits in 8 months, Prospect grew organic clicks 9x in eight months, and Final Round AI grew LLM traffic 10x in 5 months, per each case study's own title or tiles.
daydream also gives away an AI Visibility Dashboard, which "shows you where you stand, and against whom," and runs a public AI visibility leaderboard.
What daydream charges
daydream does not publish a fee. On 16 October 2026, withdaydream.com/pricing redirected to a book-a-call page with no price on it, and none of its other pages stated a fee for daydream's own service in their text or metadata, from the homepage and the Method page to all eight case studies.
The booking form asks about your budget instead. Its question 'What's your current monthly investment in SEO?' offers bands from 'Nothing yet, but exploring' to '$20K+', and it asks about your funding round. Those bands measure the buyer's spend and say nothing about daydream's fee. The form's closing screen says daydream reviews every submission and reaches out 'when a spot opens up'.
You will find a figure elsewhere. tryanalyze.ai, a software vendor, headlined its July 2026 review "Daydream Review: What a $15K/Month SEO Retainer Gets You". The number does appear on daydream's site, in its own SEO pricing guide dated 9 April 2026, as a market floor for any agency: "A budget of $15K per month is the practical floor for senior coverage." The guide states no fee for daydream's own service; the review reads that general floor as daydream's retainer. Airframe's comparison page, dated 15 October 2026, lists daydream's starting price as not publicly listed.
What a daydream engagement costs, then, is a question for the call. The Method page sets out the first step: "If we're a fit, we'll run a full strategy audit and show you exactly what we'd do before you commit to anything."
Why B2B SaaS teams look at daydream alternatives
Three things on daydream's own pages send buyers to compare.
No number before the call. If your CFO wants a monthly figure before anyone books a meeting, daydream gives you none. Of the ten agencies below, only Graphite shows no figure at all on its own site.
AI search sits inside a bigger program. At daydream, AI visibility is lever 06 of seven. The site has no separate AI search, GEO or AEO service page (/ai-search, /geo and /aeo all returned 404 on 16 October 2026). Teams that want AI search sold and reported as its own line should look at agencies that sell it that way.
The fit is growth-stage. daydream writes for growth-stage companies, and its form asks about funding rounds and SEO spend. A seed-stage team or a Fortune 500 brand may find a closer match below.
The 10 best daydream alternatives in 2026
1. LoudFace
LoudFace is a full-stack organic growth agency for B2B SaaS and fintech, with AI visibility measured per engine. Its SEO and AEO service puts it plainly: "We run SEO, AEO, and GEO as one program". The GEO program promises "Weekly share-of-answer reporting split by engine, never blended."
Proof. LoudFace's own AI visibility on non-branded buyer prompts went from 0.13% in April 2026 to 21.5% over 18 to 28 September 2026, 3rd of the 53 brands tracked. That window uses the 141 non-branded prompts kept after a 17 September prompt cut, which, in the case study's words, "lifts the reading". Engine by engine, for that September window, ChatGPT named LoudFace in 38.8% of its answers, Google AI Overviews in 14.3% and Perplexity in 11.2%. LoudFace was Toku's growth partner for 18 months, and Toku, a stablecoin payroll platform, reached 97.8% visibility on its category's top prompt, 'best stablecoin payroll providers', in a 30-day Peec reading ending 19 August 2026. A stealth payments company grew AI visibility from 0.53% to a 10.46% peak in seven weeks.
Pace. The first month is the busiest one. Kickoff within 48 hours of signature, then a packed week one: access set up, the first fixes, the first calibration articles drafted and reviewed with you, and shipped work you can see inside five days.
Price. LoudFace engagements start from $5k/mo, scoped on the intro call, across three tiers (Solo, Dual and Scale Autopilot) with a 2h response time on every tier. GEO programs start on a three-month initial engagement with no setup fee. Details on the pricing page.
Not the best fit: a team that wants a deck of recommendations to execute in-house. LoudFace runs a limited number of programs so each gets senior, AI-native attention, and its SEO and AEO program owns the roadmap and ships the work. Fixed-scope engagements run inside a retainer with a three-month minimum, which suits teams ready to commit to a quarter or more.
Best for: B2B SaaS and fintech teams that want one organic program across Google and AI answers, reported engine by engine. Proven by Toku's 97.8% visibility on its category's top prompt.
2. Omniscient Digital
Omniscient Digital's homepage reads "Omniscient is an organic growth agency that gets B2B brands recommended across AI and search engines". Its AEO page defines the work as "how you increase the likelihood that your brand gets discovered, accurately represented, cited, and recommended in those conversations."
Proof. "Convert grew LLM visibility 81% and AI citations 140%", and the homepage version of that line dates it to 60 days.
Price. "Full-service engagements start at $120,000/year." The same line appears on its homepage, why-us and AEO pages. It is the floor for a full-service engagement, and Omniscient lists no separate AEO fee.
Not the best fit: companies that want ads and email handled too. Omniscient's why-us page says "We don't run paid media, social, or email."
Best for: B2B software companies with a six-figure annual organic budget and no need for paid. Proven by Convert's 81% LLM visibility gain in 60 days. Our Omniscient Digital alternatives list goes deeper.
3. Graphite
Graphite says its "AI research team identifies the 5% of strategies that drive impact in AEO, SEO & performance marketing," and counts Webflow, n8n and Hinge Health among the companies it helps. Its AEO page is described as 'Be the source AI answers cite.'
Proof. "Fourthwall Increased Search Revenue by 936% in 9 Months". On its Webflow case study, Graphite reports that "Webflow saw 4% of signups coming from LLMs" between January and July 2025.
Price. Graphite publishes no fee. graphite.io/pricing returned a not-found page on 16 October 2026, and the homepage, the AEO and SEO pages and the signup form show no figure.
Not the best fit: buyers who want a short trial. Asked about a typical engagement length, Graphite's SEO page answers "Twelve months minimum."
Best for: teams that want research-led AEO and SEO and can commit for a year. Proven by Fourthwall's 936% search revenue increase in 9 months.
4. Grow and Convert
Grow and Convert titles its site 'A Content-Focused SEO and GEO Agency'. Its B2B SaaS GEO page names the buyer: "CMOs and VPs of Marketing at B2B SaaS companies, from 20-person startups to public companies like ServiceTitan."
Proof. A Toro TMS client quote on the SEO and GEO page puts branded inbound at roughly 5% of Toro's revenue in early 2025, then: "Eighteen months later, that number is over 25%."
Price. The page headed 'Full-Service SEO and GEO Management' says "Starting at $10,000 per month." with no term stated.
Not the best fit: a team whose whole organic budget is below that $10,000 floor.
Best for: B2B SaaS marketing leaders who judge SEO and GEO by pipeline. Proven by Toro, whose branded inbound went from roughly 5% of revenue to over 25% in eighteen months. For paid search later from the same shop, Grow and Convert says it "recently launched a paid search service".
5. iPullRank
iPullRank's site title is "Pioneering Enterprise and Mid-Market AI Search Agency". It sells "GEO programs across strategy, content, technical optimization, and measurement to improve your visibility in AI Search," and its GEO page frames GEO as "the strategy for optimizing your website and content for visibility in AI Search."
Proof. "One of the world's biggest banks paused their paid ad spend because of the success of our content engineering strategy." The client is unnamed, and the homepage gives no period for it.
Price. The AI Search page publishes three investment ranges: Emerging at $30K-$150K, Growth at $150K-$500K and Elite at $500K+. None carries a period or term.
Not the best fit: a team with well under $30K to spend, the bottom of the Emerging range.
Best for: enterprise and mid-market brands that want a GEO program sized to their stage. Proven by one of the world's biggest banks pausing its paid ad spend on the strength of iPullRank's content engineering. Compare more options in our iPullRank alternatives.
6. Siege Media
Siege Media's homepage opens with "Full-service GEO. We make brands the answer in search." Its GEO page adds "Get cited where buyers now decide." and "LLMs don't invent answers, they quote sources."
Proof. On its SaaS GEO page, Siege Media credits Zendesk with "$959K traffic value increase and 98% LLM visibility" (no period stated on its page).
Price. Siege publishes no GEO fee. Its content marketing page says "Our minimums for content marketing are currently $8,000 per month," on a 12-month contract that includes a 30-day out clause. Digital PR, per its own page, starts "around $12-15,000 per month when both creating PR content and promoting it".
Not the best fit: anyone who needs results inside a quarter. Siege's GEO page says it suits brands that "Can commit to a 6+ month horizon".
Best for: brands that want content and digital PR feeding AI citations. Proven by Zendesk's 98% LLM visibility. See our Siege Media alternatives.
7. First Page Sage
First Page Sage's B2B SaaS page argues: "When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for the best tool in your category, the answer is decided by what those models believe."
Proof. "Our SaaS campaigns average 5.2 months to breakeven, 58% first-year ROI, and 702% ROI across the first three years." A CMO quote on the same page: "Organic grew from 11% of pipeline to our largest single channel in five quarters".
Price. Its service pages carry no fee. First Page Sage's own October 2026 pricing report lists the agency at $6,000 to $12,000 per month, paid in monthly deliverable credits. The terms: "Month to month, with no annual lock-in."
Not the best fit: by its own list, a buyer for whom "A senior-level program is out of budget this year."
Best for: B2B SaaS teams that want SEO and GEO without a long contract. Proven by SaaS campaigns that average 5.2 months to breakeven. More in our First Page Sage alternatives.
8. AEO Engine
AEO Engine's AI search page leads with "Stop Ranking. Start Being the Answer." Its SaaS page is titled "Best AEO Agency for SaaS Companies That Need Pipeline, Not Reports".
Proof. ProductScope AI, an AI product photography and ecommerce tools company, went "0 → 30,000 organic visits in 5 months".
Price. AEO Engine's pricing page lists three tiers: Growth at $1,597 a month, Scale at $2,997 a month and Enterprise from $10,000 a month. "Growth and Scale start with a 90 day initial term, billed monthly, with a fixed monthly mix."
Not the best fit: a team that wants to cancel in month one. The two lower tiers carry that 90-day initial term.
Best for: teams starting a managed AEO program on a published, tiered price. Proven by ProductScope AI's climb from 0 to 30,000 organic visits in 5 months.
9. Scale Theory
Scale Theory says "We build organic visibility systems for B2B SaaS brands that perform across LLMs, Google, and AI-driven search." Its AI SEO page promises to "show up in AI answers that influence buying decisions, and turn that visibility into pipeline".
Proof. "See how Scale Theory helped EdisonOS add $5.5M in pipeline and grow SEO-sourced demos 4x year-over-year."
Price. No fee appears on its service pages. In its own blog post on edtech SEO agencies, Scale Theory writes "Scale Theory starts at $1,500/month."
Not the best fit: large enterprises. Its about page describes its clients as B2B SaaS companies, usually growth-stage or mid-market.
Best for: growth-stage B2B SaaS teams that want AI visibility tied to demos and pipeline. Proven by EdisonOS adding $5.5M in pipeline.
10. Animalz
Animalz calls itself "A Content Marketing and SEO Agency for Leading B2B SaaS Brands". Its SEO and AEO line covers strategy, technical SEO, content refreshes, audits, citation outreach and Reddit engagement, and its AEO page says "Optimize for AI search before your competitors do."
Proof. "SupportLogic experienced 500% qualified organic traffic growth in the past 12 months and grew its keyword footprint by 450%."
Price. The only figure is per project. Animalz's whitepapers page puts an average data report at $25k, covering research, writing, design and derivative content. No retainer or AEO fee appears on its homepage, services, AEO or contact pages.
Not the best fit: buyers who need a monthly retainer figure before the first call.
Best for: B2B SaaS brands that want content-led growth with AEO audits and citation outreach. Proven by SupportLogic's 500% qualified organic traffic growth in 12 months. See our Animalz alternatives.

Before you leave daydream: what you should own
Check these sit in your name before you give notice.
- Google Search Console and GA4. Be the owner on both properties, with the agency added as a user you can remove. Export a year of queries and pages now, so the next agency has a baseline on day one.
- Programmatic pages. The Method page lists programmatic SEO among its levers. If daydream built page templates or datasets for you, confirm the code and the data live in your own repository and CMS.
- Content and research. Get every published piece with its brief, plus the keyword and prompt research behind it.
- AI visibility history. If you used daydream's AI Visibility Dashboard, export the questions it tracked for you and your readings against competitors. Without that history, your next agency cannot show a before and after.
- Engineering tickets. daydream's Growth Lead coordinates with your engineering team. Ask for the open technical SEO tickets and their status, so nothing half-shipped gets lost.
What AI engines say about daydream
In LoudFace's Peec tracking of AI-search-agency prompts, daydream was named in 43 tracked AI answers between 16 September and 15 October 2026: Perplexity 27, ChatGPT 10, Google AI Overviews 6. None of the tracked prompts names daydream. Most of those answers came from one question, 'Alternatives to iPullRank for AI search optimization for a mid-size SaaS', which produced 28 of the 43.
The engines describe it in a few consistent ways. Perplexity, on 16 September 2026, listed "Daydream (lighter agency engagement for Series-A+ scale)". ChatGPT, on 27 September, said daydream is "worth talking to if you want a more AI-native operating model rather than a traditional SEO/content agency." On 22 September, answering 'Cheaper alternatives to iPullRank for AI search strategy', ChatGPT grouped "Graphite, Siege Media, or Daydream" and added: "These don't publish straightforward pricing, so they may not actually be cheaper once scoped." On 15 October, ChatGPT placed daydream under 'Growth-stage SaaS' with 'AI-enabled SEO execution'.
Across the same 43 answers, Omniscient Digital appeared in 28 (ChatGPT 10, Perplexity 15, Google AI Overviews 3), iPullRank in 28 (10, 17 and 1), Siege Media in 23 (9, 14 and 0) and Graphite in 22 (7, 15 and 0).
How to choose a daydream alternative
Get a number early. daydream's pricing page sends you to a booking form. For any agency without a published rate, ask for the monthly figure, the minimum term and what the figure covers in the first email, before the strategy call.
Ask how AI search is reported. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews pick sources differently, and one blended visibility score hides the engine you are losing. Ask for a client result split by engine, with dates.
Ask what ships in week one. An agency that needs a quarter of setup before anything goes live is spending your budget on preparation. Get the first-month deliverables in writing.
Read every result for its period. A dated figure, like Lighthouse's four months from launch or Toro's eighteen months, tells you more than a bigger number with no window. Where a case study gives no period, ask for one.
