The table is sorted by the entry price each agency states for its main ongoing program. Prices are in US dollars except Botanik, which prices in euros.

A few rows need a note. Answerly's page says "The numbers above are universal base rates", and its niche multiplier table prices Starter at $1,023 a month for SaaS / IT and $579 for local services. DoodleWeb's row is its done-for-you plan; the same page prices a white-label plan for other agencies at "$599 per month". Momentence is listed at its Ignite tier; its add-on table prices an "AEO + GEO standalone program" at "$4,500 / month plus implementation fee". Zion Labs is listed at its Foundation retainer; it prices monitoring separately: "$1,500 a month, month to month." The Digital Elevator's home page card reads "AI Visibility Mentions From $3,495". For what these retainers buy at each price level, read our AEO agency pricing guide.

How we found and read the prices

We collected agencies from the answers AI engines give to pricing questions, from Google results for agency pricing queries and from agency roundups, then opened each agency's own site. We read the pricing, packages or plans page where one is linked, the AI search, GEO or AEO service page, and the FAQ. On 9 October 2026 we re-read every linked page from a US connection, with the page's scripts run, since some prices only appear after they load.

Four rules decided what went in the table:

  1. The number is on the agency's own page. A figure from a third-party roundup counts as that site's report.
  2. A struck-through number is not a price. Some pricing pages show a crossed-out "value" figure beside the real price. We quote the price.
  3. It reads as a monthly floor for an ongoing program. One-off projects, audits and averages are left out of the table.
  4. It comes from an agency. A self-serve software subscription is not an agency retainer.

It is not a census of every agency in the category, and an agency missing from it may well publish a price we haven't found. If yours does, send us the page.

Where agencies put the number

Most of the 24 give the price its own page. 009 Agency, Answerly, Strategi, RevenueZen, Revv Growth, OutreachBloom, Percepture, Mindflow Marketing, LoudFace, Citant, Momentence and Zion Labs use a pricing page. AI Search Optimization Agency uses a packages page, DoodleWeb a GEO pricing page and Botanik a cost guide.

The rest put it somewhere a skim can miss:

  • On the service page. Verticality states its range on its GEO service page, Singularity Digital shows "Prices Start From $ 3,000 / Month" in a price block on its GEO page, WebFX opens its pricing table on its AI search optimization page at $3,000, and uSERP states its floor on its AI SEO page.
  • On a product page and a home page card. The Digital Elevator prices AI Visibility Mentions on the product page and repeats "From $3,495" on a home page card.
  • In an FAQ answer. Siege Media answers "How much do we need to spend?" with its $8,000 minimum. Kalungi answers "HOW DOES PRICING WORK, AND WHAT DOES IT REPLACE?" with "The cost of a full-service engagement is $50,000+/month."
  • In a closing block. Omniscient Digital's home page closes with "Full-service engagements start at $10,000 a month." Grow and Convert prints "Starting at $10,000 per month." under the "Let's talk" heading on its B2B SaaS GEO agency page.

So when you check an agency yourself, read the service page and the FAQ as well as the pricing page.

What the published prices say: three bands

Under $3,000 a month (6 agencies). AI Search Optimization Agency ($590), Answerly ($890), Strategi ($999), DoodleWeb ($1,200), Botanik (€1,780) and Verticality ($2,500). Strategi's top plan reaches "$5,000 a month for 90 days ($15,000 in total)", and Verticality's range tops out at $7,500.

$3,000 to $5,000 a month (11 agencies). The busiest band. 009 Agency, RevenueZen, Revv Growth, Singularity Digital and WebFX all open at $3,000. OutreachBloom starts at $3,400, The Digital Elevator at $3,495, and Percepture and Mindflow Marketing at $3,500. LoudFace and Citant start at $5,000, and Citant's retainer begins after a completed pilot.

$7,500 a month and up (7 agencies). Momentence and Zion Labs open at $7,500, Siege Media at $8,000, Omniscient Digital, Grow and Convert and uSERP at $10,000, and Kalungi at $50,000 or more for full service. The ladders climb fast above the floor. Zion Labs lists "Foundation $7,500 /mo Compound $15,000 /mo Category $30,000 /mo", and Momentence asks on its own page, "Why does Custom start at $50K per month?"

Several agencies say the floor is only a starting point. 009 Agency says "the final figure is set after the audit, not before it." Verticality says "The audit that produces the exact number is free." LoudFace's page reads "Scoped on the intro call", and its FAQ says "Pricing is based on your tier, scope, and complexity."

Minimum terms: from cancel anytime to 12 months

Terms range from cancel anytime to 12 months. Here is what each linked page says:

  • Month to month or cancel anytime: AI Search Optimization Agency says "Cancel anytime." Verticality says "Month-to-month, no minimum term." 009 Agency says there is "No long lock-in", RevenueZen offers "flexible month-to-month pricing" and Revv Growth says "Rolling, no lock-in".
  • Monthly contracts, no term stated: Singularity Digital says "We offer monthly recurring contracts", and its $3,000 price block includes a "6-Month GEO Workbook".
  • Three months or 90 days: Strategi, DoodleWeb, Mindflow Marketing, Citant, Zion Labs on Foundation, Answerly on Starter, and The Digital Elevator, whose program is a "3-month program, billed monthly".
  • Six months: Momentence states "Monthly billing on a 6-month minimum." The pricing table on the WebFX page reads "Progressive Monthly Optimization (6-month commitment)", and uSERP states a "six-month initial term". Botanik on Pousse and Answerly above Starter ask for six months too. Zion Labs asks six months on Compound and twelve on Category.
  • Twelve months: Siege Media asks "for a 12-month contract given the long term nature of SEO, but all of our contracts include a 30 day out clause".

Where the table quotes no term, ask for it in writing before you sign. A 30-day out clause changes what a 12-month contract means, so get the exit terms in writing and judge those.

What sits on top of the monthly fee

Several agencies put a one-off step before or beside the retainer. Add these before you compare floors, because they change your first-quarter cost.

  • Citant: "the AI Search Audit is $440, and the GEO Pilot is three equal payments of $2,625, $7,875 total for the 9-week engagement." The retainer "Begins only after a completed Pilot."
  • Momentence says "Ignite also carries a one-time $4,500 implementation fee." It also sells a diagnostic: "The Growth System Diagnostic is a flat $12,500 for 30 days", and "The full fee is credited toward your first three months if you start an ongoing engagement within 60 days."
  • Zion Labs: "One fixed-price Diagnostic and three retainers. All published." The Diagnostic is $7,500 for six weeks, and it is "Credited in full. Sign a retainer within 60 days and it comes off your invoice."
  • DoodleWeb says "A focused 3 to 5 week sprint runs $8,000 to $20,000 as a fixed fee."
  • 009 Agency and Verticality: the audit is free, and it sets the final number.

Some floors come with a stated company stage. Momentence sells Ignite to "Pre-Series A software companies under ~$3M ARR" and Momentum, at $15K a month, to "$3M-$15M ARR software companies scaling pipeline". Kalungi's full-service page has a section headed "BEST FOR SAAS LEADERS AT $5M - $50M ARR WHO WANT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE AND SPEED". Revv Growth says its $3,000 retainer is "Best for SaaS companies that need consistent execution and do not have a full SEO team in-house." OutreachBloom spells out units: "Silver ($3,400/mo): 10 pillar content pieces, 30 Reddit engagements & 10 citation targets per month".

What a published price tells a B2B SaaS buyer

A published floor answers the budget question before you spend an hour on a call. 009 Agency puts the case for publishing plainly: "Our generative engine optimization pricing is two numbers, and we would rather you read them here than extract them from a sales call." The floor also shows how the agency packages its work: fixed tiers (AI Search Optimization Agency, OutreachBloom), tiers by company stage (Momentence) or a floor with the final number set after an audit or call (009 Agency, Verticality, LoudFace). Read it next to the term and you know how much risk you carry if the work stalls.

The floor alone won't tell you what the agency ships or what it reports against. Two agencies near $3,000 a month can sell different things. Revv Growth's $3,000 retainer includes "10 blogs per month", technical audits and link building, on a page whose services list includes "AI Search Visibility (AEO & GEO)", while OutreachBloom's $3,400 buys a set count of pillar pieces, Reddit engagements and citation targets each month.

Published prices also move. Every figure here was read on 9 October 2026. Open the linked page and confirm the number before your first call, and treat any AI answer about agency pricing as a lead to check.

How to use this when shortlisting

  1. Set your budget band first. If your ceiling is $3,500 a month, the table gives you 15 agencies to look at before you book a single call.
  2. Match the term to your patience. If you can't commit for six months, set aside Momentence, Botanik, WebFX, uSERP, Answerly above Starter, Zion Labs above Foundation and Siege Media (12 months, with a 30-day out clause).
  3. Add the one-off costs. A retainer that starts after a $7,875 pilot is a different first quarter from one that starts after a free audit.
  4. Open the live page. Confirm the number and the term on the agency's own page before you rely on it.
  5. Ask what the price is measured against. A retainer that reports AI visibility per engine and ties it to demo requests or signups is worth more than one that reports rankings alone. Our guide to measuring AEO agency ROI lists the questions.
  6. Get every agency's number in writing. For any agency on your list that isn't in this table, ask for the floor and the term on the first call.

Before you sign, run through the red flags when hiring an AI search agency, then compare LoudFace's Solo, Dual and Scale Autopilot plans on its pricing page or read what its GEO agency program covers.

Frequently asked questions.

Answers to the questions readers ask most about this topic.

Is $5,000 a month reasonable for an AI search agency?
It sits in the upper middle of the range. Of the 24 agencies in our table, 15 start below $5,000 a month and seven start above it, with Momentence and Zion Labs at $7,500 and Kalungi at $50,000 or more for full service. LoudFace and Citant start at $5,000, and Strategi's top plan is $5,000 a month for 90 days. The term, the one-off fees and what the agency reports against matter more than the number.
Which AI search agencies are in the $5,000 a month range?
Agencies in our table with a price at or near $5,000 a month include LoudFace, whose pricing page reads "Engagements start from $5k / mo", and Citant, whose optional GEO retainer starts from $5,000 a month after a completed pilot. The Growth tier at RevenueZen is $5,000 a month, Strategi's top plan costs $5,000 a month for 90 days, the Gold tier at OutreachBloom costs $4,900 a month, the Scale package at Answerly is $4,800 a month at its base rate, and Verticality's range runs from $2,500 to $7,500 a month.
Why do some AI search agencies publish their price?
009 Agency says it on its pricing page: "Our generative engine optimization pricing is two numbers, and we would rather you read them here than extract them from a sales call." A published floor lets you rule an agency in or out on budget before the first call.
Do any GEO agencies offer month-to-month contracts?
Yes, several in our table. Verticality states "Month-to-month, no minimum term." AI Search Optimization Agency says "Cancel anytime." 009 Agency works in monthly cycles with no long lock-in, RevenueZen offers flexible month-to-month pricing and Revv Growth says "Rolling, no lock-in". Strategi, DoodleWeb, Mindflow Marketing, Citant, Zion Labs on Foundation, Answerly on its $890 Starter and The Digital Elevator on AI Visibility Mentions ask for three months or 90 days first. Momentence, WebFX, uSERP, Botanik on Pousse, Answerly on its other packages and Zion Labs on Compound ask for six. Siege Media asks for 12 months with a 30-day out clause, and Zion Labs asks for 12 on Category.
Is a published "from" price the real price?
It is the floor. The quote comes later. 009 Agency says its final figure is set after the audit, Verticality says a free audit produces the exact number, and LoudFace scopes on the intro call. Add any one-off fees too: Momentence charges a one-time $4,500 implementation fee on Ignite, and Citant's retainer begins only after a $7,875 pilot.
Where on the site do agencies publish their price?
Most of the 24 agencies in our table give the price its own page: 12 use a pricing page, and three use a packages page, a GEO pricing page or a cost guide. Of the other nine, Siege Media states its $8,000 minimum in an FAQ answer on its content marketing page, Kalungi states "$50,000+/month" in an FAQ on its full-service page, and Omniscient Digital closes its home page with "Full-service engagements start at $10,000 a month." Verticality, Singularity Digital, WebFX and uSERP state their floors on their service pages, The Digital Elevator prices AI Visibility Mentions on its product page and repeats "From $3,495" on a home page card, and Grow and Convert prints "Starting at $10,000 per month." under the "Let’s talk" heading on its B2B SaaS GEO agency page.
