Phase 1: Webflow Foundation Fix (Immediate)

  • Re-Implement Current Design in a New Webflow Build: We’ll replicate your existing design in a fresh, modern Webflow instance using a component-first approach. This ensures updating one button on one page doesn’t break 20 others
  • Migrate & Organize: We’ll structure the site so your team can quickly add or modify pages, images, or text without a developer
  • Fast Turnaround: We understand you want a stable, updated website by the end of March or early April. Our team will start as soon as contracts are signed so you can move on from the old “butterfly effect” environment immediately

Phase 2: Analytics & CRO Setup

  • GA4 Configuration: Implement robust event tracking for each stage of your funnel across Webflow, Shopify, and Kajabi where possible. Even if short-term cart unification isn’t realistic, we’ll ensure each platform is tagged correctly and feeding data into a central dashboard
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Baseline: We’ll set up fundamental split tests on your core product/course pages. No more “hoping it works”—we’ll gather real data on which copy, CTAs, or layouts drive better conversions
  • Dashboard & Reporting: We can deliver monthly or even weekly performance snapshots so you know exactly where your ad spend is paying off—and where it’s not

Phase 3: Homepage Redesign (Launch by Early/Mid-May)

  • New, Modern Design: We’ll craft a homepage that wows aesthetically and funnels visitors toward your primary calls-to-action (courses, card game, or future product expansions)
  • Proactive Input: Instead of waiting on your direction, we’ll propose design/UX solutions based on data, best practices, and EPGM’s brand tone
  • A/B Testing & Tracking: Once the new homepage is live, we’ll immediately test variations to find winning layouts or messages

Phase 4: Ongoing Maintenance & Strategic Partnership

  • Fast Bug Fixes: No more waiting days or weeks for a broken button to get addressed. We’ll prioritize urgent issues with same-day or next-day response times (depending on your subscription tier)
  • Regular Check-Ins & Meeting Attendance: At your request, we’ll join relevant strategy or product meetings—capped at a reasonable weekly or biweekly, so your team gets direct, real-time input without you acting as middleman
  • Future-Proofing: We’ll support the eventual move off Klaviyo onto HubSpot if/when the time comes, unify or streamline your multiple checkout flows, and continue refining your analytics approach

  • Up to 5 concurrent tasks
  • Avg 12-hour turnaround on routine tasks
  • Unlimited requests & revisions
  • Team: Marketing Strategist, Webflow Developer, Designer, Copywriter, Project Manager
  • Includes:
    • Everything in Core plus advanced speed for bug fixes and rollout
    • Added marketing support (Marketing strategist will be part of this team)
    • Added bandwidht on all responsibilities included in Core
    • Attendance at more frequent strategy calls if needed
    • Deeper funnel optimization, more robust analytics automation
    • Custom APIs & expansions (e.g., advanced data sync, partial cart unification)

Which Tier?

  • Core is recommended. Especially if you expect 1–2 major tasks in progress at any time (e.g., finishing the foundation fix + building the new homepage)
  • Growth is best if you need near-immediate turnaround, advanced analytics, or multiple redesigns/integrations happening at once, plus more direct meeting involvement
Note: On our call, there was a indication that the Core might be feasible if it covers the redesign, setup, and weekly or biweekly calls. If you see the need for faster iteration or more concurrent tasks, and a larger investment from our team, consider Growth. We’re open to customizing this pacakge based on your expectations
