We propose a three-month engagement at our Core subscription level to tackle your highest-priority updates, followed by an hourly support arrangement so you can keep your website running smoothly without overspending on months you don’t need extensive changes

1. Objectives & Key Challenges

  1. Site Audit & Structural Improvements
    • Identify performance bottlenecks, oversized pages, and extraneous animations
    • Implement best practices for speed, SEO, and UX to ensure a smoother user journey
  2. Design Tweaks & Navigation Update
    • Refine the site’s layout and visuals (homepage, nav, content pages) without redoing the entire brand from scratch
    • Create a more intuitive menu and reduce friction for visitors
  3. Responsive, Bug-Free Dev Support
    • Rapidly address any site issues (broken elements, design inconsistencies, or new feature requests)
    • Provide a stable “go-to” resource for ongoing improvements, minus the headaches you’ve had with your current firm
  4. Flexible Partnership
    • Start with a focused 3-month push to get your site dialed in and up to speed
    • Transition to an hourly on-demand model, ensuring you only pay for what you actually need once the heavy lifting is done

2. Recommended Engagement Plan

Phase 1 (Months 1-3): Core Subscription

  • Flat Rate: $5,000/month for 3 months
  • Team: Webflow Developer, Designer, Copywriter, Project Manager
  • Concurrency: Up to 2 active tasks at a time
  • Average 24-hour Turnaround for typical design/dev requests
  • Unlimited Requests & Revisions within the monthly subscription

Key Deliverables During These 3 Months

  1. Comprehensive Site Audit
    • Evaluate current page structures, load times, animations, and SEO fundamentals.
    • Present a prioritized list of improvements.
  2. Structural Overhaul (as needed)
    • Rebuild or refactor problematic pages and components using a “component-first” approach in Webflow.
    • Eliminate redundant or poorly optimized animations and code.
    • Ensure design consistency across the site.
  3. Design Enhancements & UX Tweaks
    • Streamline the homepage, improve navigation, and refine layout elements to boost clarity and conversions.
    • Provide updated visuals or layout changes for key pages (e.g., Solutions, Blog, Resources, etc.).
  4. SEO & Performance Updates
    • Implement best practices for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, image optimization).
    • Leverage compression, minification, or other Webflow settings for faster load times.
  5. On-Demand Dev & Design
    • Address bugs as they appear—no more day-to-day frustration or “fix-one-thing-break-another” scenarios.
    • Create blog or marketing graphics if/when needed.
    • Collaborate with your team (especially content) to ensure cohesive brand presentation.

Phase 2 (Post 3-Month Engagement): Hourly Support

  • Hourly Rate: $100/hour
  • Scope: Any Webflow dev, design updates, minor SEO tasks, new marketing materials, or bug fixes
  • Purchase Hours in Blocks (e.g., 5-10- or 20-hour packages) or on an as-needed basis
  • Responsive Turnaround: We’ll provide clear timelines for each request, typically 24–48 hours for smaller items

Why This Works

  • You get the intensive attention and resources you need now—while the site needs heavier fixes—without a long-term monthly commitment
  • Once we’ve stabilized and optimized DataStrike’s site, you can drop down to an on-call model. You only pay for the hours you use but still have a trusted partner for quick updates or new projects

3. Proposed Timeline

  • Week 1
    • Kickoff & Onboarding: Access existing Webflow project, brand assets, analytics, etc
    • Initial Audit: Outline biggest performance, design, and SEO gaps
  • Weeks 2–4
    • Implement High-Priority Fixes: Optimize site speed, address urgent dev bugs, refine navigation
    • Begin Design Refinements: Adjust homepage hero, animations, or page layouts
  • Weeks 5–8
    • Continue UX Enhancements: Polish deeper-level pages, blog layouts, or partner/solutions sections
    • SEO Update: Ensure meta tags, headings, images, and any new pages align with best practices
    • Launch A/B tests or gather user feedback if relevant
  • Weeks 9–12
    • Final Cleanup & Documentation: Ensure the site is stable, no major performance red flags, and all tasks are buttoned up
    • Transition to Hourly: Decide how many hours to purchase upfront or remain on a purely ad-hoc model

(We’re flexible. If any major changes come up or you need additional pages or features, we’ll fold them into this schedule)

  2. Sign Agreement & Initial Payment
    • We’ll prepare a straightforward contract. Once signed and first month’s payment is processed, we’ll onboard immediately
  3. Kickoff & Discovery
    • Grant us access to your current Webflow site, analytics, brand assets, etc
    • We’ll finalize milestones for the 3-month period based on your priorities
  4. Project Execution
    • Expect frequent updates on tasks and open requests. We’ll keep your team in the loop via Slack/Email/Notion—whatever you prefer
  5. Transition to Hourly
    • After the heavy lifting is complete, shift to $100/hour on-demand support for any future needs

Let’s give your site the polish, performance, and dependable support it needs—so your team can focus on growing the business, not chasing devs and fixing their mistakes

Arnel & the LoudFace Team
