Proposal: IP Targeting Platform – Branding & Front-End Development

You need a straightforward, people-centric solution that lets marketing directors and CEOs quickly search, save, and integrate target groups. Below, we’ve outlined both a one-off project fee and a flexible subscription model

Heading

1. Introduction

You’re creating a powerful IP-targeting solution that lets users easily search for companies, create target groups, and integrate those groups into DSPs. The platform needs to attract marketing directors, sales leaders, and CEOs—professionals who may not have a highly technical background. Your goal is a friendly, people-focused interface rather than a typical “tech-heavy” design.

At LoudFace, we’ve helped companies like Sendswift develop modern, intuitive user experiences that fuse brand personality with robust functionality. We’ll handle branding, design, and the Webflow front-end, while your team manages the back-end/API logic. Our approach ensures that non-technical users immediately see the value of your IP-targeting data.

2. Project Goals & Scope

  1. Brand Naming & Visual Identity
    • Potentially finalize or refine the new product’s name and domain (e.g., iptargeting.io).
    • Develop a visual identity (colors, typography, possible logo) that’s approachable and professional.
    • Ensure any Valoris affiliation is visible if desired, but the brand stands independently.
  2. Public Website (Front-End)
    • Homepage with a search bar or entry field that prompts users to query the IP-targeting database.
    • A flow that motivates users to run queries, see partial results, then prompts them to log in or create an account to save target groups.
    • Additional pages as needed (e.g., “How It Works,” “Pricing,” “About”), with concise, welcoming copy that resonates with non-technical audiences.
  3. Logged-In Application
    • Dashboard for searching companies, saving target groups, and uploading these to DSPs.
    • Clean, intuitive UI that simplifies potentially complex data, making it easy for marketing/sales teams to use.
    • Front-end forms and structure that rely on your team’s back-end (user authentication, queries, file import/export).
  4. Seamless Collaboration with Back-End Team
    • We handle UI/UX design, HTML/CSS/JS in Webflow, and front-end logic/triggers.
    • Your team provides API endpoints or other code for user login, database queries, etc.
    • A shared Slack channel for real-time communication, ensuring front-end and back-end integrate smoothly.

3. Our Process

  1. Discovery & Briefing
    • Align on user personas (marketing directors, CEOs, etc.).
    • Confirm brand tone (friendly, people-centric vs. techy).
    • Outline key user flows (search → partial results → create account → saved target groups).
  2. Branding & Copywriting (run in parallel with other steps)
    • If needed, we’ll help brainstorm naming and domain choices for clear brand strategy.
    • Create brand guidelines (logo, color palette, typography) that guide the look.
    • Draft copy for site pages and microcopy for calls-to-action (CTAs), ensuring clarity and approachability.
  3. UI/UX Design
    • Develop multiple mockups for the homepage and main application dashboard, gather your feedback.
    • Once a preferred direction is chosen, apply it consistently across all pages.
    • Keep flows straightforward and user-friendly, especially for first-time visitors.
  4. Webflow Development & Testing
    • Build and test the front-end in Webflow, making it fully responsive.
    • Integrate your back-end (API calls for user accounts, search queries, saving target groups, etc.).
    • Conduct QA testing for device/browser compatibility, performance, and a smooth user experience.
  5. Launch & Handoff
    • Deploy to your chosen domain (e.g., iptargeting.io).
    • Final checks on SEO, site speed, and user authentication flows.
    • Provide a short training or documentation so your team can handle minor text/image changes in Webflow going forward.

4. Investment Options

We can approach this project in two ways, depending on your preferred payment structure and ongoing needs.

Option A: One-Off (Legacy) Project Model – $6,000 USD

  • Fixed Fee: Covers website design, and Webflow front-end build for the agreed-upon pages/features
  • Payment Schedule: For project under $10k, we require a 100% payment to start the work. For project over $10k, we accept 50% at project start, 50% upon completion (or a mutually agreed milestone)
  • Scope: Defined by our initial page-based proposal, including your essential pages and user flow design
    • Homepage
    • Login/Signup Pages
    • Main Web-app Dashboard (The dashboard contains 1 page)
  • Revisions: A standard uncapped number of revisions to finalize the design and site before launch.

If you have a fairly well-defined scope and prefer a straightforward project fee, this one-off model is a solid choice

Option B: Monthly Subscription Model

Our monthly plans offer flexibility for unlimited requests and branding + design changes without having to re-scope for every new feature. All subscription tiers have a 3-month minimum, then go month-to-month:

  • Mini – $3,000/month (Recommended)
    • 1 active request/deliverable at a time
    • ~48-hour turnaround
    • Unlimited revisions & requests
    • Team: Webflow Expert, Designer, Project Manager
    • Suited for simpler/smaller projects or a slower timeline
  • Core – $5,000/month
    • 2 active requests/deliverables at a time
    • ~24-hour turnaround
    • Unlimited revisions & requests
    • Team: Webflow Expert, Designer, Copywriter, Project Manager
    • Ideal if you need branding + design + dev concurrently
  • Growth – $14,000/month
    • Up to 5 active requests
    • ~12-hour turnaround
    • Unlimited revisions & requests
    • Marketing Strategist, Webflow Dev, Designer, Copywriter, PM
    • Perfect for high-volume tasks, advanced marketing efforts, or rapid iteration

Why Consider a Subscription?

  • On-Demand Creative & Dev: Branding, design, and Webflow needs all met under one monthly fee, with unlimited revisions.
  • Predictable Costs: Scale up or down after three months if you need more or less design/dev capacity.
  • Easy Collaboration: No repeated scoping or separate invoices for additional pages or features.
  • More deliverables: The subscription can offer more deliverables than the one-off due to the model strucutre

5. Timeline Overview

Below is a high-level timeline. Actual durations can shift depending on feedback cycles and back-end integration complexity:

  • Week 1
    • Kickoff & Onboarding
    • Finalize Slack setup, discovery, domain/naming discussions
  • Weeks 2–3
    • Copywriting
    • Initial UI/UX mockups for homepage & dashboard
    • Feedback & Refinements
  • Weeks 4–5
    • Continued design finalization
    • Webflow front-end development begins
    • Back-end integration coordination
  • Weeks 6–7
    • Testing & QA on various devices/browsers
    • Fine-tune user flows (search, save groups, DSP export)
  • Weeks 8+
    • Launch at iptargeting.io (or chosen domain)
    • Post-launch design/dev tweaks
    • Decide if you’d like to continue monthly for additional expansions

(This applies to both the one-off and subscription model)

6. Why LoudFace?

  • Proven Brand & Webflow Expertise: We’ve built high-performing sites and digital experiences for startups, SaaS firms, and enterprise-level clients.

7. Next Steps

  1. Pick Your Preferred Model

    • Option B (Subscription) for flexible, on-demand design/dev with a three-month minimum. This one is recommended to make sure we cover branding as well
  2. Sign Agreement & Kickoff
    • We’ll send a simple contract and initial invoice.
    • Once the agreement is signed and the first payment is processed, we’ll invite you to Slack.
  3. Discovery & Design
    • Gather branding requirements, finalize domain/name, begin UI/UX mockups.
    • Align on site flow and overall look/feel.
  4. Development & Testing
    • Build front-end in Webflow, integrate with your back-end APIs, conduct thorough QA.
