   • Adapt the template to highlight Teiko’s unique offerings in high-dimensional cytometry.
   • Ensure intuitive navigation, compelling calls-to-action, and an overall user-friendly structure.
4. Rapid Turnaround (2–4 weeks)
   • Coordinate closely with your team to make decisions efficiently.
   • Follow an agile process that meets your tight deadline without cutting corners.

Our Approach

1. Kickoff & Discovery
   • Confirm timeline, gather brand assets, finalize design preferences, and set up collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Notion).
2. Webflow Customization & Design System
   • Integrate Teiko’s branding (logos, color palette, typography) into the template’s Style Guide.
   • Create reusable components (headers, footers, buttons) for long-term consistency.
3. Content Migration & Page Builds
   • Transfer existing site pages onto Webflow and restructure as needed.
   • Ensure forms, sign-up flows, or “Contact Us” sections function properly within Webflow.
4. Review & Revisions
   • Conduct iterative feedback sessions with Teiko’s team to refine content and layout.
5. Testing & Launch
   • Test across devices and browsers to verify forms and performance.
   • Set up your domain (teiko.bio) on Webflow hosting and perform a final quality check.
6. Post-Launch Support
   • Provide basic training for content updates on Webflow.
   • Address minor bugs or tweaks within an agreed support window.

Subscription Models & Investment

Our subscription model covers design, development, copywriting, and more—all under a predictable monthly fee. This structure is perfect if you anticipate additional needs (like ongoing CRO, design updates, or new pages) after the initial migration

Recommended Approach:

• Given your 2–4 week timeline, Mini is a natural fit. It enables us to help you take control of the entire migration (such as migrating pages while simultaneously refining UI) so you can move fast without bottlenecks
• If you anticipate advanced analytics or frequent iterative changes, Growth could be considered. If your needs are smaller and pacing is more flexible, Core aligns best with the tight timeline and bigger scope
• Summary: All subscriptions start at a 3-month minimum which then transitions into a month to month engagement, and due to the nature of this project, we recommend the Mini subscription
